The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options.
The absence of air conditioning in the room made sleeping difficult, especially given the unseasonably warm weather. A kettle or coffee maker was also missing. In-room service for a hot beverage cost extra.

The room i booked, the 'lieutenant double room', felt cramped. Squeezing past the bed to reach the other side became an unwanted daily workout though i did not book a workout.

Super hotel, i loved it!

The staff was very polite and helpful. They helped me organize a birthday gift. They delivered the balloons to the room to surprise my spouse when we checked in. The breakfast was very nice and it had lots of choice. The bar had great views and excellent service. My room also overlooked the river.
The room does not have air conditioning. It was very hot. I really struggled to sleep.

The hotel has a restaurant and a bar. I saw the building has nice views. The Sailor's bar is also very cozy and perfect to chill with some drinks before bedtime, i really liked it.

The location is very good, it's close to the metro station. I was also close to the ferry port. The Reeperbahn is in walking distance, that was awesome. Public transport is very accessible.

The staff was very friendly. Richi, thanks for everything! Some staff members from the reception had a low command of English, but they were always helpful and smiling.
